RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Returns: Given the exquisite craftsmanship and unique nature of our marble art pieces, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Damaged Orders: Should your order arrive damaged, kindly contact us immediately at info@marbleart.shop to coordinate a replacement. If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue store credit.
Replacement Window: Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests beyond this timeframe.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@marbleart.shop for further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
